1) The Disease Free Database stores health test results from recognized health clinics indicating the date and test results for a variety of diseases.
2) This information is not mandatory, is strictly voluntary only and may be removed by the owner at any time.
3) Only the owner of this information, people the owner approves of and database administrators can see this information.
4) To allow somebody to see a scanned copy of your test results, you simply enter their email address and click on the "submit" button.
5) Alternatively they can submit a request, and you can approve via email or web interface.
Finally, a free service which allows people to be safe in the intercourse of their daily lives, that does not violate personal privacy, and which works to stop the spread of disease.
